Problem
How can we differentiate the new Vans Pro Classics from the original Vans Classics
and make skaters seek out the updated version of the iconic shoes?
Insight
Every skateboarder has their own style, and their own way of wearing out a pair
of Vans. Pro skaters wear and tear their shoes after only two weeks.
Idea
The mark you leave on your shoes reflects the mark you make as a skater.

VANS VANS & INK PARK
Checkered branded vans (Vans Vans) will drive around popular skating
streets and skateparks, offering skaters the chance to "skitch".
Vans will also create a new skatepark where skaters will be able to participate
in designing it by attaching a color cartridge on the back of their skateboard,
creating an art piece and leaving their mark.

When ordering a pair of Vans you will be able to choose a designer
“Tag” or design your own. When unboxing the shoes they will be filled
with stickers so that you are able to tag around the city while skating.
